早期康复功能锻炼辅助治疗老年心力衰竭合并糖尿病的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Early Rehabilitation Functional Exercise Assisting Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure with Diabetes

目的探讨早期康复功能锻炼辅助治疗老年心力衰竭合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法 2018年1月—2019年2月间选择老年心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者的76例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。两组患者均给予常规治疗和护理,观察组同时给予早期康复功能锻炼。比较两组患者心功能改善程度、血糖控制水平、干预24周后生存质量。结果两组患者干预后的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD等心功能指标,相比干预前都有明显改善,但观察组的改善程度明显更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后的血糖值,相比干预前都有明显降低,但观察组的降低程度明显更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的MLWHF评分,相比对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复功能锻炼能够显著改善老年心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者的心功能,并对血糖控制具有一定的促进作用,从而达到明显改善其生存质量的目的。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of early rehabilitation functional exercises in the treatment of elderly heart failure with diabetes. Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,76 elderly patients with heart failure and diabetes were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment and nursing care, while the observation group was given early rehabilitation exercises. Compare the improvement of heart function, blood glucose control level, and quality of life after 24 weeks of intervention between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients, such as LVEF, LVEDD, and LVESD, were significantly improved compared to before the intervention, but the improvement in the observation group was significantly more advantageous,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients after intervention were significantly lower than before the intervention, but the degree of reduction in the observation group was significantly more advantageous,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MLWHF score of the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve the heart function of elderly patients with heart failure and diabetes, and have a certain promotion effect on blood glucose control, so as to achieve the goal of significantly improving their quality of life.
