妊娠期糖尿病孕妇应用护理干预分析妊娠结局影响

Application of Nursing Intervention to Analyze the Influence of Pregnancy Outcomes in Pregnant Women

目的研究护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法于2018年11月—2019年10月选取妊娠期糖尿病孕妇96例,常规组:落实常规护理干预;试验组:开展优质护理模式;研究不同护理干预对孕妇血糖、妊娠结果以及护理满意评分方面的影响。结果护理前,两组孕妇的血糖指标互比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组孕妇的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖改善优于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组不良妊娠结局发生率8.33%低于常规组的29.17%(P<0.05)。试验组孕妇对护理人员的沟通能力、护理态度与护理技巧评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及时开展护理干预利于调控血糖,控制疾病发展,降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods Select 96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes from November 2018 to October 2019,routine group: implement routine nursing interventions;experimental group: develop high-quality nursing models;explore different nursing interventions on the effects of pregnant women’s blood glucose, pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction scores. Results Before nursing, the blood glucose indexes of the two groups of pregnant women were compared with each other, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of pregnant women in the experimental group improved better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was 8.33% lower than that in the routine group,29.17%(P <0.05). The scores of communication ability, nursing attitude and nursing skills of the nursing staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention in time for pregnant women with gestational diabetes is beneficial to regulating blood glucose, controlling disease development, and reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
