产后综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇哺乳情况及身体康复的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Postpartum Nursing on Breastfeeding and Physical Rehabilitation of Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的探讨分析为妊娠合并糖尿病产妇实施产后综合护理干预的临床效果。方法 2019年2月—2020年1月,将该院124例妊娠合并糖尿病产妇随机等分为两组,每组62例,为参照组行产后常规护理干预,针对研究组实施产后综合护理干预,对比两组的护理满意度、泌乳始动时间指标、泌乳量指标,以及接受护理干预前后的空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标和糖化血红蛋白指标。结果研究组的护理满意度(95.16%)高于参照组(75.81%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.359,P<0.05)。研究组的泌乳始动时间指标(15.77±3.23)h短于参照组(25.71±5.32)h,差异有统计学意义(t=12.576,P<0.05)。研究组的泌乳量指标(21.18±4.17)mL高于参照组(16.28±3.56)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=7.037,P<0.05)。结论为妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施产后综合护理干预,能获取较好效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes. Methods From February 2019 to January 2020, 124 pregnant women with diabetes in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each with 62 cases. Routine postpartum nursing intervention was performed for the reference group, and comprehensive postpartum nursing was implemented for the study group, comparing the nursing satisfaction, lactation initiation time index, lactation volume index, fasting blood glucose index, 2 h blood glucose index and glycosylated hemoglobin index before and after receiving nursing intervention. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group(95.16%) was higher than that of the reference group(75.81%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.359, P<0.05). The lactation initiation time index of the study group(15.77±3.23)h was shorter than that of the reference group(25.71±5.32)h, and difference was statistically significant(t=12.576, P<0.05). The lactation index(21.18±4.17)mL of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(16.28±3.56)mL, and the differences was statistically significant(t=7.037, P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes can achieve better results and is suitable for clinical promotion.
