摘要
目的分析心理护理结合健康教育用于糖尿病肾病患者护理中的临床价值。方法以该院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的75例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,应用抓阄法分成参照、实验两组,分别开展常规护理干预、常规护理与心理护理结合健康教育;比较两组医护依从性、干预前后心理状况。结果实验组医护依从优良率(97.30%)显著高于参照组(76.32%)(P<0.05)。干预前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组SDS、SAS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者护理中心理护理结合健康教育的实践效果较为突出,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy-five patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted from November2018 to November 2019 in the hospital were used as the research object. They were divided into reference and experimental groups using the method of fortune. They carried out routine nursing intervention, routine nursing and psychological nursing combined with health education respectively;compared the two groups’ medical and nursing compliance and psychological status before and after intervention. Results The rate of compliance with medical care in the experimental group(97.30%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(76.32%)(P <0.05). Before the intervention, the scores of the two groups of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The practical effect of combining mental nursing with health education in the nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy is more prominent and it is worth applying.
