2型糖尿病患者通过健康管理对血糖和生活质量的影响

The Effect of Health Management on Blood Glucose and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析2型糖尿病患者通过健康管理对血糖和生活质量的影响。方法选入该院于2018年2月—2019年3月期间收治的188例2型糖尿病患者,采用中心随机化模式均分为对照组(n=94)和健康管理组(n=94)。对照组实施基础干预,健康管理组实施健康管理干预,记录两组护理后有效率、血糖指标、生活质量。结果健康管理组总有效率91.49%高于对照组74.47%(P<0.05);两组血糖指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康管理组社会功能、躯体疼痛、心理健康以及总体健康高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康管理模式能够降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提升患者生活质量和满意度,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the effects of health management on blood sugar and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 188 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were divided into the control group(n=94) and the health management group(n=94) using the central randomization model.The control group implemented basic interventions, and the health management group implemented health management interventions to record the effective rate, blood glucose indicators, quality of life of the two groups after nursing. Results The total effective rate of the health management group was 91.49% higher than that of the control group 74.47%(P<0.05);there was a statistical signifant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P<0.05);the social function, the somatic pain score was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05), mental health and overall health of the health management group were higher in the control group. Conclusion The health management model can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, which has an important role in clinical research.
