SiewertⅡ型食管胃结合部腺癌外科诊疗研究进展

Research progress of diagnosis and surgical treatment for Siewert typeⅡAEG

近年来,食管胃结合部腺癌(AEG)发病率逐年上升,引起广泛关注。国际上通常以Siewert分型将AEG分为3型,其中SiewertⅡ型AEG是指跨越食管胃结合部(EGJ)且肿瘤中心位于食管胃结合部线上1 cm至线下2 cm的AEG,因其部位特殊,其分期、淋巴结清扫、手术路径等方面尚存诸多争议。本文主要对SiewertⅡ型AEG的诊疗现状及研究进展进行阐述。

Recently,the incidence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is rapidly increasing,raising the worldwide attention.AEG usually classified into three types according to Siewert system,which is based on the location of its epicenter.Siewert typeⅡAEG was located between 1 cm above to 2 cm below the EGJ.Because of its special location,it is still controversial in tumor staging,lymph node dissection extent and surgical approach.In this manuscript,we mainly focus on the research progress of diagnosis and surgical treatment for Siewert typeⅡAEG.
