Optimal extent of lymphadenectomy for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

食管胃结合部腺癌(AEG)的外科治疗是目前胸外科与胃肠外科的热点问题。由于AEG解剖位置特殊,生物学行为的了解有待深入,围绕AEG淋巴结清扫范围及手术径路等问题仍存在较多争议。本文结合笔者单位AEG患者临床病理资料和文献资料,对AEG的手术淋巴结清扫问题进行阐述。

Surgical treatment for Adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)has received increasingly attention from both thoracic and gastrointestinal surgeons.Due to the particular anatomic site,as well as the unclear understanding for its biological behaviour,the optimal extent of lymphadenectomy and surgical approach for AEG still remain in controversy.The goal of this expert review was to clarify the extent of lymphadenectomy for AEG by scaning the results of previous studies and our research.Moreover,the potential effect on lymphadenectomy by the surgical approach for thoracic surgeon was also considered.
