援鄂医务人员火线入党的激励作用研究

Study on the incentive effect of the health care worker who joined Communist Party of China on the front line when assisting Hubei

目的:了解火线入党对援鄂医务人员的激励作用。方法:通过半结构化定性访谈收集资料,使用质化分析软件NVivo11进行数据和文本分析,研究火线入党人员在对党认识、工作积极性、责任和担当等方面的变化。结果:32名入党医务人员理论学习积极主动,党的信仰全面筑牢;工作热情充分激发,责任担当全面增强;思想进步,眼界格局全面提升。结论:火线发展党员既确保了党员质量,又充分发挥了精神激励作用,对于增强先进分子的荣誉感、吸引更多优秀人才向党组织靠拢具有重要意义。

Objective:This study aims to understand the incentive effect of the health care worker who joined Communist Party of China on the front line when assisting Hubei.Methods:Through semi-structured qualitative interviews,qualitative analysis by software NVivo11,and data and text analysis were used to study the changes in the knowledge,enthusiasm,and responsibility of the Party members on the front line.Results:32 health care workers who joined the Party were active in theoretical study and the Party’s beliefs were fully strengthened;the work enthusiasm was fully stimulated and the responsibility was greatly enhanced;ideological progress and the vision pattern were comprehensively improved.Conclusion:The development of joining the Party on the front line not only ensured the quality of Party members,but also gave full play to the spirit of motivation.It is of great significance for enhancing the sense of honor of advanced elements and attracting more outstanding talents to move closer to the Party organization.
