摘要
突发新冠肺炎疫情时,首都医科大学附属北京康复医院药学中心快速启动药事应急管理预案,重点包括监控药品及物资、加强信息管理及细分药学各专业小组工作等方面。通过梳理重点工作,总结提出康复医院药事应急管理体系的特点,即药品管理是基础,康复药学技术服务是举措,监测管理是保障;管理模式由单纯的保障供应转向明晰责任分担、互相合作协作、全员参与的精细化综合管理;技术服务模式由平时的“同步+事后”被动模式转变为“事前+同步”的主动模式。同时,指出药事应急管理实践中存在的问题并提出应对整改措施,包括应对信息爆炸式增加、专业小组增加信息宣传报道组、保障体系中应适宜增加商业保险作为有效补充等。
When COVID-19 epidemic broke out,the Pharmacy Center of Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University quickly launched a pharmaceutical emergency management plan,focusing on monitoring drugs and materials,strengthening information management,and subdividing the work of various professional groups in pharmacy.Through sorting out the key tasks,summarized and put forward the characteristics of the emergency management system of pharmacy in rehabilitation hospitals,that is,drug management is the foundation,rehabilitation pharmacy technical service is the measure,and monitoring management is the guarantee;the management model has changed from simple supply guarantee to clear responsibility sharing and mutual cooperation and cooperation,Refined and comprehensive management with full participation;the technical service mode has changed from the usual passive mode of"synchronization+after the fact"to the active mode of"before+synchronization".At the same time,it points out the problems in the practice of pharmaceutical emergency management and proposes corrective measures,including responding to the explosive increase in information,adding information propaganda and reporting groups to professional teams,and adding commercial insurance as an effective supplement to the security system.
