绍兴市柯桥区中医医共体建设实践探索

Construction of Chinese medical county community:Experience sharing of Keqiao district in Shaoxing

为充分发挥公立中医医院在县域综合医改中牵头推动中医药发展的主体作用,加强县域综合医改中医药工作,绍兴市柯桥区于2018年开展中医医共体建设。从管理体制改革、保障体系改革、服务机制改革及中西医结合建设4方面介绍了柯桥区中医医共体建设的创新举措,包括通过加强中医特色专科建设、推进中医非遗传承、开展中医药特色服务、推广中医药适宜技术等,分析了中医医共体服务能力提升的建设成效,并提出医共体进一步发展思路。

In order to play the main role of public Chinese medicine hospitals in promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine in county comprehensive medical reform,strengthen the comprehensive medical reform of traditional Chinese medicine in county areas.Keqiao District of Shaoxing City took the lead in the construction of Chinese medicine community in Zhejiang Province in 2018.This paper introduces the innovative measures for the construction of the medical community in Keqiao District from the aspects of management system reform,security system reform and operation mechanism reform.It also introduces the achievements of the construction from four aspects:the establishment of new medical management mechanism,the construction of new model of graded diagnosis and treatment.By strengthening the construction of specialties of traditional Chinese medicine,promoting non-hereditary inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,carrying out special services of traditional Chinese medicine,and promoting appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine,the construction effect of improving the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine and the medical community was introduced,and ideas for further development of medical community were put forward.
