摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入与完善,医疗机构的建设面临着历史性的机遇与挑战。医院图书馆作为医院的重要组成部分,应当建立科学合理的绩效评价体系。笔者基于平衡计分卡模型并以某三甲医院图书馆为例,识别医院图书馆绩效评价要素,选取绩效评价指标,构建绩效评价模型,对医院图书馆绩效评价进行研究,并对医院图书馆绩效评价工作后续发展进行展望。
With the deepening and improvement of medical reform in China,the construction of medical institutions in China is facing historic opportunities and challenges.As an important part of hospitals,hospital libraries should establish a scientific and rational performance evaluation system.Based on the Balanced Scorecard Model and taking a top tertiary hospital library as an example,this paper identifies the factors of performance evaluation of hospital library,selects performance evaluation indicators,establish performance evaluation model,studies the performance evaluation of hospital library,and looks forward to the follow-up development of performance evaluation of hospital library.
