重大公共卫生事件应急背景下门诊防控与管理举措实践及思考

Practice and thinking on outpatient prevention,control and management initiatives in the context of emergency response to major public health events

新冠肺炎疫情是新中国成立以来,传播速度最快、感染范围最广、防控难度最大的重大突发公共卫生事件。自北京市2020年1月23日启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应以来,首都医科大学宣武医院以战时状态,坚决按照党和政府的战斗部署,担当抗疫一线工作,进行这场没有硝烟的战争。医院门诊工作一方面要向患者提供必须、及时的医疗服务,另一方面要坚决、毫不放松地实行相应的防控举措,守住抗疫战线的第一道关口。笔者从医院新冠肺炎疫情防控举措入手,正视非常状态下门诊运行和管理中暴露出的问题,总结重大公共卫生应急状态下医院门诊工作的宝贵经验,提高应对传染病疫情举措的实操性和有效性。

The COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic is the major public health event that has the fastest speed of transmission,the most extensive infection and the most difficult control and prevention since the founding of new China.Since the first-class response to major public health emergencies was launched on January 23 in Beijing,Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University,in a high wartime state,resolutely took on the front line of anti epidemic work in accordance with the battle plan of the Communist Party and the government,and carried out the war without gunpowder smoke.On the one hand,hospital outpatient and emergency work should provide necessary and timely medical services to patients,on the other hand,we should resolutely and unswervingly implement the corresponding prevention and control measures,and keep the first pass of the anti epidemic front.At the same time,we should face up to the problems exposed in the operation and management of outpatient service in the emergency state,summarize the valuable experience of outpatient service in the emergency state,and improve the practicality and effectiveness of our response to infectious diseases.
