新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间居家隔离的肿瘤患者社会支持程度及应对方式

Social Support and Coping Style of Tumor Patients Isolated at Home During the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019

目的观察分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间居家隔离的肿瘤患者社会支持以及应对方式现状。方法选取2020年2月2—24日123例居家隔离的肿瘤患者,通过问卷星网页进行调查,所有研究对象均填写一般资料、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ),评估患者社会支持、应对方式现状,分析社会支持与应对方式的相关性。结果123例患者SSRS量表总分为(38.98±7.68)分,客观支持得分、主观支持得分、对支持的利用度得分分别为(7.65±2.62)、(24.43±5.25)、(6.90±2.10)分。SCSQ问卷总分为(35.94±11.82)分,其中积极和消极应对维度得分分别为(23.96±7.84)、(11.98±5.37)分。积极应对维度条目得分为(1.99±0.65)分,国内常模为(1.78±0.52)分,居家隔离肿瘤患者得分高于国内常模(P<0.05)。消极应对维度条目得分为(1.50±0.67)分,国内常模为(1.59±0.66)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。社会支持评定总分与总应对方式呈正相关(r=0.504,P<0.01),积极应对方式与社会支持的利用度呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01),积极应对方式与社会支持评定总分呈正相关(r=0.583,P<0.01),积极应对方式与客观支持呈正相关(r=0.503,P<0.01)。结论COVID-19疫情防控期间居家隔离的肿瘤患者社会支持度处于中等水平,社会支持度与其应对方式密切相关,提高对患者的社会支持度对促进其积极应对问题具有促进作用。

Objective To observe and analyze the degree of social support and coping styles of cancer patients isolated at home during the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods A total of 123 patients with cancer who were isolated at home from February 2-24,2020 were investigated through the questionnaire star webpage.All subjects filled in general information,social support rating scale(SSRS),and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).The patients’social support and coping styles were evaluated.The correlation between social support and coping style was analyzed.Results The total score of SSRS scale of 123 patients was(38.98±7.68)points.The objective support score,subjective support score,and support utilization score were(7.65±2.62),(24.43±5.25),(6.90±2.10)points,respectively.The total score of SCSQ questionnaire was(35.94±11.82),of which the positive and negative coping dimension scores were(23.96±7.84)and(11.98±5.37)points,respectively.The score of positive coping dimension items was(1.99±0.65)points,the domestic norm was(1.78±0.52)points,and the score of home isolated tumor patients was higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The negative coping dimension item score was(1.50±0.67)points,the domestic norm was(1.59±0.66)points,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total score of social support was positively correlated with the total coping style score(r=0.504,P<0.01).The positive coping style score was positively correlated with the utilization of social support score(r=0.401,P<0.01).The positive coping style score was positively correlated with total score of social support evaluation(r=0.583,P<0.01).Positive coping style score and objective support score were positively correlated(r=0.503,P<0.01).Conclusion During the prevention and control of COVID-19,the degree of social support of cancer patients isolated at home is at a moderate level.The degree of social support is closely related to the coping style,and increasing the degree of social support for patients could promote their positive response to problems.
