我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,对推动创新创业创造提出了更高要求。当前,新冠肺炎疫情在全世界蔓延,世界主要经济体大都闭关封城,全球产业链中断导致各国经济雪上加霜。河南省创新创业创造面临前所未有的困难和挑战,但挑战中也不乏各种机会。河南省必须坚持把创新创业创造摆在发展全局的核心位置,激活高质量发展的第一动力,切实提高科技供给的质量和效率,打造发展新引擎、培育发展新动能,为新时代中原更加出彩提供强有力支撑。

China's economy has been transitioning from rapid-growth stage to high-quality development stage,which proposes new and higher requirement for promoting entrepreneurship,innovation,and creation.At present,the COVID-19 epidemic is spreading all over the world.The world's major economies are rapidly declining,and the disruption of the global industrial chain has worsened the economic situation of all countries.The entrepreneurship,innovation and creation in Henan is facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges,yet there are many opportunities in these challenges.Henan Province must adhere to putting innovation,entrepreneurship and creation at the core of its overall development,activate the primary driving force for highquality development,and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of science and technology supply.In addition,Henan should build a new engine for development and foster new driving forces for development,providing strong support for better Zhongyuan in the new era.
