消费对我国经济发展发挥基础性作用的掣肘因素分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures Research on the Restrictive Factors of Consumption's Basic Role in China's Economic Development

目前,我国进入消费结构显著升级阶段,但是,消费对经济发展基础性作用的发挥还存在需要完善和提高的地方,制约扩大消费的体制机制障碍还有待破解。增强消费对我国经济发展的基础性作用需要积极完善社会保障体系,增强居民消费信心;深入研究客户需求,努力开发信贷新产品;政府主导多元投入,大力促进新兴消费品供给;多渠道增加农民收入,有效拓展农村消费市场;狠抓中间环节管理,下大力气降低商品运输成本;加强市场监管,健全消费者保护机制。

At present,China has entered the stage of significant upgrading of consumption structure.However,there are still some areas that need to be improved and enhanced to play the basic role of consumption in economic development,and the obstacles of system and mechanism restricting the expansion of consumption still need to be solved.To enhance the fundamental role of consumption in China's economic development,we need to actively improve the social security system,enhance consumers'confidence;and deeply study customers'demand,make great efforts to develop new credit products;the government should lead diversified investment,vigorously promote the supply of emerging consumer goods;increase farmers'income through multiple channels and effectively expand the rural consumer market;pay close attention to the management of intermediate links and make great efforts to reduce the cost of commodity transportation;strengthen market supervision and improve the consumer protection mechanism.
