基于家庭医生责任制的公共卫生服务模式研究

随着社会的发展,公共卫生服务的范围越来越大,并在家庭医生责任制的基础上建立了新的制度。每一个社区都以家庭医生为核心,建立家庭医生服务团队,并通过签约的方式与居民建立稳定的服务关系,在形成契约关系的基础上,为居民提供连续性、综合性的公共卫生服务,从根本上解决了绝大多数居民的健康问题。文章在家庭医生责任制的基础上对公共卫生服务模式进行研究,通过对组织构架、协同机制等方面进行详细分析,根据发现的问题,如家庭医生数量少、服务能力缺乏等,提出解决对策,如完善家庭医生组织架构、优化签约内容等,以加大对社区公共卫生服务的创新力度,提升服务质量和完善服务评价。

With the development of society,the scope of public health services is becoming larger and larger.Based on the responsibility system of family doctors,a new system is established to provide new policies.Each community takes the family doctor as the core,establishes a family doctor service team,and establishes a stable service relationship with residents by signing a contract.On the basis of forming a contractual relationship,it provides continuous and comprehensive public health services for residents,which fundamentally solves the health problems of the vast majority of residents.Based on the family doctor responsibility system,this paper studies the mode of public health service,analyzes the organizational structure and collaborative mechanism in detail,and puts forward countermeasures according to the problems found,such as incomplete family doctors,lack of service ability,etc.,improving the organizational structure of family doctors and optimizing the content of contract signing,so as to increase the innovation of public health services of the community,improve the service quality and complete service evaluation.
