中药饮片治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的用药分析

Analysis of Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces in the Treatment of COVID-19

目的:了解上海市公共卫生临床中心(以下简称"我院")新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者使用的中药饮片处方情况,探索其用药规律。方法:选取2020年2月16—20日我院收治的非重症COVID-19患者的中药饮片处方,将所用的全部中药和筛选出的高频次药品的归经和功能进行统计分析。结果:共收集241张非重症COVID-19患者中药饮片处方,其中使用频率最高的3味中药分别为黄芩(156频次,使用频率为64.7%)、茯苓(131频次,使用频率为54.4%)和甘草(117频次,使用频率为48.5%)。共涉及143味中药,药物归经以归肺经(79味,占55.2%)、胃经(59味,占41.3%)和脾经(44味,占30.8%)为主;药物功能以清热(44味,占30.8%)、补虚(20味,占14.0%)和利水渗湿(18味,占12.6%)为主。使用频率>10%的48味中药中,药物归经以归肺经、脾经和胃经为主,药物功能以清热、健脾和胃以及利水渗湿为主。结论:我院非重症COVID-19患者的中医药治疗以入肺、脾、胃经治疗为主,目前主要治疗方法为清热结合利水渗湿,并按照"一人一方"的原则给药。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of COVID-19 in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"),and to the rules of drug use.METHODS:Prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of non-severe COVID-19 patients admitted to our hospital from Feb.16th to 20th,2020 were selected,the channel tropism and function of all traditional Chinese medicines and high-frequency drugs screened were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 241 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for non-severe COVID-19 patients were collected.Among them,the three most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were scutellaria baicalensis(156 times,the frequency of use was 64.7%),poria(131 times,the frequency of use was 54.4%)and licorice(117 times,the frequency of use was 48.5%).A total of 143 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,of which the main ones were the lung channel(79,55.2%),the stomach channel(59,41.3%)and the spleen channel(44,30.8%).The main functions of the drugs were heat clearing(44,30.8%),deficiency supplementing(20,14.0%)and dampness removing by promoting diuresis(18,12.6%).Among the 48 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of>10%,the main channels of drugs were the lung channel,the spleen channel and the stomach channel,and the main functions of drugs were heat clearing,spleen and stomach strengthening and dampness removing by promoting diuresis.CONCLUSIONS:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for non-severe COVID-19 patients in our hospital is based on the treatment of lung,spleen,and stomach channel.At present,the main treatment methods are heat-clearing combined with dampness removing by promoting diuresis,and administration is based on the principle of"one person,one prescription".
