摘要
目的:研究Ki-67和KAI1/CD82在内蒙古地区甲状腺癌人群中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:分别收集内蒙古地区甲状腺癌患者标本32例、甲状腺良性病变患者标本30例,使用免疫组化SP法检测标本组织中的Ki-67和KAI1的表达,分析Ki-67和KAI1在内蒙古地区甲状腺癌的临床意义及它们与甲状腺癌临床特征的关系。结果:(1)甲状腺癌组织和甲状腺良性病变组织中Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为78.1%、46.7%。与良性病变组比较,甲状腺癌组织中Ki-67表达明显增高,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)甲状腺癌组织和甲状腺良性病变组织中KAI1的阳性表达率分别为46.9%、83.3%。与良性病变组比较,甲状腺癌组织中KAI1的表达明显降低,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67在甲状腺癌中的高表达和KAI1在甲状腺癌中的低表达均提示它们与甲状腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,同时,该表达与甲状腺癌淋巴转移相关,提示检测它们有助于判断甲状腺癌的诊断、生物学行为的判定及预后的评估,可对内蒙古地区甲状腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后的评估提供理论依据。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki-67 and KAI1 in thyroid cancer in Inner Mongolia.Method:Thirty-two cases of thyroid cancer and 30 cases of thyroid benign lesion were collected from Inner Mongolia.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 in the specimen tissues.To analyze the clinical significance of Ki-67 in thyroid cancer in Inner Mongolia and their relationship with the clinical features of thyroid cancer.Results:The positive rates of Ki-67 in thyroid cancer and thyroid benign lesions were 78.1%and 46.7%respectively.Compared with benign lesion group,the expression of Ki-67 in thyroid cancer tissues was significantly increased,the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The positive rates of KAI1 in thyroid cancer and thyroid benign lesions were 46.9%and 83.3%,respectively.Compared with benign lesion group,the expression of KAI1 in thyroid cancerwas significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:The high expression of Ki-67 and low expression of KAI1 in thyroid cancer in thyroid cancer suggest that they are closely related to the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer.At the same time,the expression of the one is closely related to the lymphatic metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.Detecting them are helpful in judging the diagnosis of thyroid cancer,the determination of biological behavior,and the assessment of prognosis.It can provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of thyroid cancer in Inner Mongolia.
