人文关怀对支援传染病收治点护理人员心理及睡眠状况的影响

Influence of humanistic care on psychological and sleep status of nursing staff supporting infectious diseases

目的:探讨人文关怀对支援传染病收治点护理人员心理及睡眠状况的影响。方法:2020年2月至2020年4月选取61名女性护理人员为研究对象,实施人文关怀干预,比较干预前后SAS、PSQI评分。结果:年龄18~29岁共54名,占总人数88.52%;未婚30名、已婚30名,均占总人数49.18%;无吸烟者,饮酒人数22名;本科及以下学历60名,硕士研究生学历1名;干预前SAS评分为(39.75±9.64)分,干预后为(31.98±7.74)分,干预后评分较干预前下降(t=8.877,P=0.001);干预后PSQI量表各维度评分及总分较干预前均下降(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀可改善支援传染病收治点护理人员心理状态,提高其睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of humanistic care on the psychological and sleep status of nursing staff supporting infectious diseases.Methods:From February 2020 to April 2020,a total of 61 nursing staff were included in the study,and humanistic care interventions were implemented and SAS and PSQI scores were compared before and after intervention.Results:There were 54 nursing staff aged 18~29 years old,accounting for 88.52%of the total population.30 were unmarried and 30 were married,both accounting for 49.18%of the total population.There were non-smokers,and 22 nursing staff who drank,60 with bachelor degree or below and 1 with master degree.The SAS score before and after the intervention was(39.75±9.64)and(31.98±7.74)respectively,which decreased compared with that before the intervention(t=8.877,P=0.001).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions and total score of PSQI scale decreased compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care can improve the psychological state and sleep quality of the nurses in the supporting sites for infectious diseases.
