践行社会主义核心价值观对于构建完善医学生职业精神的现状和解决路径研究

目的:了解高等医学院校医学生社会主义核心价值观的培育现状,以便为培育方法与途径提供参考依据。方法:将某高等医学院校临床医学生作为调查对象,对其践行社会主义核心价值观现状进行调查,通过调查问卷得出结果。结果:高等医学院校重视或比较重视社会主义核心价值观的培育,但在教育过程仍需改进;另外,医学生本身在践行社会主义核心价值观过程中也存在一些问题。结论:医学院校在培养学生社会主义核心价值观方面还需要进一步改进,将社会主义核心价值观作用于医学生职业精神的构建。

Objective:To understand the cultivation status of socialist core values of medical students in colleges and universities in order to provide reference for cultivation methods and approaches.Method:Taking clinical medical students of a medical college as the objects of the survey,the present situation of practicing socialist core values was investigated,and the results were obtained through the questionnaire.Result:Higher medical colleges and universities attach importance to the cultivation of socialist core values,but still need to improve in the educational process.In addition,medical students themselves also have some problems in the process of practicing socialist core values.Conclusion:Medical Colleges and universities need to further improve the cultivation of students'socialist core values and apply the socialist core values to the construction of medical students'professional spirit.
