在“十八大”会议报告中,习近平总书记再次提出了“生态文明建设”的重要战略任务,要将生态文明建设作为下一个五年发展中的主要内容。在新时期背景下,人们的物质生活水平不断提升,对生态环境的要求逐渐提高,中国的社会主义建设,如何营造良好的生态环境,实现人与自然的和谐发展,是当下中国强国建设需要重点思考的问题。文中简要分析了中国资源节约理念在生态环境建设中的应用情况、应用意义,对新时期资源节约理念在生态环境建设中的应用路径进行深入探究。

In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping once again proposed the strategic task of“ecological civilization construction”,which should be regarded as the main content of the development in the next five years.In the context of the new era,people's material living standards are constantly improving,and their requirements on the ecological environment are gradually increasing.In China's socialist construction,how to create a good ecological environment and realize the harmonious development between man and nature is the key issue to be considered in China's construction of a powerful country at present.This paper analyzes the application and significance of China's concept of resource conservation in ecological environment construction,and further explores the application path of the concept of resource conservation in ecological environment construction in the new era.
