摘要
减阻泥浆技术对顶管顺利施工过程至关重要,施工期间泥浆填充管土间隙形成泥浆套,对管节与地层起到了减阻润滑与支撑的作用。依托苏州人民路矩形顶管工程,对大断面矩形顶管减阻泥浆配制与注入技术进行研究,通过室内正交实验,优选出现场不同地段的泥浆配方,工程效果良好。
Drag reduction mud technology is essential to the smooth construction process of pipe jacking.During the construction,the mud fills the gap between the pipe and the soil to form a mud jacket,which plays a role in drag reduction lubrication and support for the pipe joint and the formation.This article relies on the rectangular pipe jacking project of Renmin Road in Suzhou to study the preparation and injection technology of the drag reduction mud in large section rectangular box jacking.Through indoor orthogonal experiments,the thixotropic mud formulations in different sections of the site are optimized,and the engineering effect was good.
