摘要
桥梁结构的后浇湿接头部位属于薄弱环节,工程中易发生开裂破坏。通过简支转连续梁桥的湿接头原位试验,实时监测湿接头混凝土内部温度和应变变化,对湿接头早龄期水化热、湿接头随施工节点的变化规律及四跨简支转连续梁桥的温度效应进行了分析。结果表明:湿接头早期水化放热明显,温度变化幅度较大;湿接头后期主要受施工节点及外界环境两方面因素的影响。研究成果不仅对简支转连续梁具有重要意义,对大跨度桥梁的后浇桥面板湿接缝的力学分析也具有一定的借鉴意义。
The post-cast wet joint of the bridge structure is a weak link,which is prone to cracking and damage in the project.Through the in-situ test of the wet joint of the simple supported to continuous girder bridge,monitoring the change of temperature and strain in the concrete of the wet joint in real time,we analyzed the change rule of the hydration heat and wet joint with the construction joint in the early age of the wet joint and the temperature effect of the four span simple supported to continuous girder bridge.The results show that the early hydration of the wet joint has obvious heat release and the temperature changes greatly;the later stage of the wet joint is mainly affected by the construction nodes and external environmental factors.The results are of great significance not only to simply supported continuous beams,but also to the mechanical analysis of the wet joints of post-cast bridge decks of large-span bridges.
