在当今绿色建筑大潮中,不乏有许多具有代表性的建筑通过不同的技术措施实现了绿色节能的目标。每栋建筑作为一个独立的个体,因其建筑环境和使用对象不同,都有其自身独特的特点和需求,设计时应根据每个项目实际地理位置、环境特点、使用方式、投资预算等情况对每栋建筑都进行不同的设计方法及绿色设计策略。结合工程实例,通过在总体规划、建筑设计、细节处理、技术配备等方面的思考,探讨绿色建筑设计在实践中的一些策略。

In today’s green building tide,there are many representative buildings that have achieved the goal of green energy saving through different technical measures.As an independent individual,each building has its own unique characteristics and needs because of its different building environment and users.Different design methods and green design strategies should be adopted for each building according to the actual geographical location,environmental characteristics,use methods and investment budget of each project.Taking the project that the author actually participated in as an example,this paper discusses some explorations made in the practice of green building design by thinking about the overall planning,architectural design,detail treatment and technical equipment.
