摘要
人才培养方案是对人才培养目标、课程设置及培养方式的总体设计,是学校保证人才培养质量的前提。文章结合福州墨尔本理工职业学院会计专业的案例,分析目前高职院校中外合作办学会计专业培养方案的困境,并从精简优化专业课程、专业课程课时压缩与内容分拆、中外教师共编共授、补充外方实践课程及教学分班等几个方面提出解决困境的措施。
The training program is the overall design of training objectives,curriculum and methods,and the premise to ensure the quality of talent training.Taken the accounting major of Fuzhou Melbourne Polytechnic as an example,the dilemma of accounting training program in Sino-foreign higher vocational colleges is analyzed,and the solution is put forward from the following aspects:simplifying and optimizing the professional courses,compressing and dividing professional courses hours and contents,jointly compiling and teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers,supplementing foreign practice courses and dividing teaching classes in this paper.
