新时代加强爱国主义教育基地开发建设是使爱国主义教育基地更加符合时代需要。大力挖掘历史文化内涵和合理运用现代新媒体技术是必然途径。这对于引发共情和激励人民奋发有为,润德弘文,大力弘扬爱国主义精神,推进中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现,有着非常重要的意义。根据《新时代爱国主义教育实施纲要》的有关要求,结合调查结果,课题组认为在开发建设爱国主义教育基地方面,需遵循一定的原则。一是结合地域自然人文景观和重大工程,科学合理开发建设;二是整合政府、社会和民间的资源和力量,凸显公益服务;三是结合参观对象,差别性开发建设;四是积极运用新媒体技术,创新性发展。

Strengthening the development and construction of patriotism education base in the new era is to make the patriotism education base more in line with the needs of the times.It is significant to vigorously excavate the connotation of history and culture and rationally apply the spirit of modern patriotism and realize the Chinese Dream.It is the inevitable way to update the new media technology.It can arouse people’s empathy and encourage them to work hard.According to the"Implementation Outline of Patriotism Education in the New Era"and the results of the investigation,the research group believes that certain principles should be followed in the development and construction of patriotism education bases.First,we should combine the natural and humanistic landscape of the region and major projects to scientifically and reasonably develop and construct it;Second,we should integrate the resources and forces of the government,society and the folk to highlight the public welfare services;Third,we should combine the visitors to differently develop and construct it;Fourth,we should actively use the new media technology to innovatively develop it.
