新时代高校辅导员分层胜任力模型构建与培养对策研究

Construction and Training Countermeasures of the Stratified Competency Model of College Counselors in the New Era

高校辅导员胜任力研究能够有效推动辅导员队伍职业化、专业化和专家化发展。从辅导员职业发展潜力的角度,结合新时代高校学生工作的特点,本文通过文献研究与问卷调查法,构建了高校辅导员分层胜任力模型,即将辅导员胜任力划分为基本胜任力、发展型胜任力和成就型胜任力三大层级,由动机、思想认识与职业态度、知识与技能、特质与人际关系4个维度,共由45项素质与能力特征构成。文章进而探讨了高校辅导员胜任力提升之对策,以期促进辅导员队伍职业化、专业化和专家化发展。

The research on the competence of college counselors can effectively promote the professionalization,specialization and expert development of counselors.From the perspective of the career development potential of counselors and the characteristics of college students’work in the new era,this paper constructs a hierarchical competency model of college counselors through the literature research and questionnaire survey.The competency of counselors is divided into three levels:the basic competence,the developmental competence and the achieving competence,consisting of four dimensions such as the motivation,the ideological understanding and professional attitude,the knowledge,skill and trait and the interpersonal relationship,a total of 45 qualities and abilities.In order to promote the professionalization,specialization and expert development of counselors,this paper also discusses the countermeasures of improving the competence of college counselors.
