A Probe into the Ways to Improve the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

提升高校思想政治教育实效性是实现中华民族伟大复兴、办好中国特色社会主义大学的必然要求。当前,高校思想政治教育存在教育方式网络化有待完善、教育内容丰富性有待提升、教育主体综合能力有待加强等问题。必须以育人育才为目的建造网络教育阵地、以时代要求为导向丰富教育内容、以政策制度为手段建设高质量的教师队伍,才能切实提高高校思想政治教育的实效性。

Improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and running the socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.At present,there are some problems in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities such as the networking of educational methods needed to be improved,the richness of educational content needed to be promoted and the comprehensive ability of educational subjects needed to be strengthened.We must build the position of network education for the purpose of educating people and talents,enrich the educational content under the guidance of the requirements of the times and build a team of high-quality teachers by means of policy and system so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
