直流塑壳断路器的磁脱扣器一般分为螺线管式与拍合式磁脱扣器。在相同的空间内,螺线管式磁脱扣器比拍合式磁脱扣器电磁力大,动作时间短,而且动作稳定,而拍合式磁脱扣器比螺线管式磁脱扣器的零件少且成本低。在不同的电流范围中,可以根据不同的设计需求,选用螺线管式或拍合式磁脱扣器。

The release of DC moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB)is generally divided into solenoid type and clapping type thermal magnetic release.In the same space,the solenoid type has larger electromagnetic force,shorter action time and more stable action than the clapping type,while the clapping type has fewer parts and lower cost than the solenoid type.In different current range,solenoid type or clapping type thermal magnetic release can be selected according to different design requirements.
