新工科背景下多学科交叉融合的材料类创新型人才培养模式初探——以江西理工大学材料类专业为例 被引量:6

摘要 为主动适应国家高等教育对高素质创新型工程人才的迫切需求,根据教育部新工科建设指导精神,针对江西理工大学材料类人才培养专业划分过细、专业范围过窄,学生工程意识和实践能力不强,国际竞争力不足的现实情况,围绕新工科背景下多学科交叉融合的材料类高素质创新型人才培养方案的制定、课程体系的构建、师资队伍的建设、国际化教育的实施、创新创业教育的拓展以及深化产教融合和校企协同育人等方面进行了探讨和改革,为探索高素质创新型材料类人才培养提供思路。 In accordance with the guiding spirit of the Ministry of Education to construct new engineering to actively fit the urgent demand for high-quality innovative engineering talents in higher education,the paper analyzes the present situation of materials talents training in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and finds out that the majors are divided too fine and the scope is too narrow,while the students are weak in engineering consciousness,practical ability as well as their international competitiveness.Therefore,it puts forward the ideas for the cultivation of high-quality innovative material talents in the aspects of the formulation of talent training program,the establishment of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff,the implementation of international education,the expansion of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the integration of production and education,and the collaboration of school and enterprise.
