摘要 高校作为培养人才的摇篮,其人才培养体系的构建十分关键。四川旅游学院作为一所应用型高校,具有培养应用型人才的独特优势,烹饪与营养教育专业作为四川旅游学院应用型本科示范专业,其行业应用型人才培养体系的构建十分关键。文章通过研究四川旅游学院烹饪学院构建专业应用型人才培养体系采取的主要措施,总结取得的成效,为广大应用型高校构建特色专业的应用型人才培养体系提供参考。 Universities,generally considered to be cradles for talents training,cannot afford to neglect the construction of their talents training systems.As an application-oriented university,Sichuan Tourism University(STU)has unique advantages in cultivating applied talents.As a model specialty for undergraduates in STU,the specialty of cuisine and nutrition education attaches great importance to the construction of the cultivation system of application-oriented talents.This paper studies the main measures taken by the cuisine and nutrition education specialty of the cuisine college in STU,and reviews its achievements in cultivating talents so as to provide reference for the majority of application-oriented colleges and universities to construct the application-oriented talents training system with distinctive characteristics.
