应用于风电消纳的负荷聚合商协同运营策略 被引量:1

摘要 针对大型风电场预测出力与电网调度中心的调度指令存在差异所产生的弃风问题,提出一种应用于风电消纳的负荷聚合商协同运营策略。首先,负荷聚合商根据风电场的消纳电量建立了一种协同运营模式,负荷聚合商以低于电网购电的价格收购弃风电量,通过所管辖的基础负荷、柔性负荷及基于车辆到家庭(vehicle to home,V2H)的电动汽车来优先消纳;然后,在考虑柔性负荷响应能力及电动汽车储能特性后,构建了负荷聚合商负荷响应数学模型;建立负荷聚合商收益最大的目标函数,利用负荷聚合商所管辖负荷来提高风电的消纳水平;最后,仿真结果表明此协同运营策略能使负荷聚合商的收益提升24.7%,风电场弃风电量消纳达到73.61%。 Aiming at the problem of wind power consumption caused by the difference between predicted output of large-scale wind farms and the dispatching instructions of power grid dispatching center,this paper proposes a collaborative operation strategy for load aggregators applied to wind power consumption.First of all,the collaborative operation mode of wind power and load aggregator applied to wind power consumption was established.The load aggregator purchased wind power at a price lower than the purchase price of power grid,and the prioritized consumption was achieved through the basic load,flexible load and electric vehicle based on vehicle to home(V2H);After the various response ability of different flexible load and the energy storage characteristics of electric vehicles were considered,the response mathematical model of flexible load in the load aggregator was established;The load aggregator helpd to improve the rate of wind power consumption with the maximum revenue of the load aggregator as the goal;Finally,the simulation results show that the collaborative operation strategy can increase the revenue of the load aggregator by 24.7%,and the wind power consumption of the wind farm reaches 73.61%.
