红景天黄酮与Mn^2+配位反应的动力学研究

摘要 目的探讨红景天黄酮与Mn^2+配位反应的影响因素及光谱变化,为研究黄酮化合物配位化学提供动力学参考。方法利用紫外-可见分光光度法研究溶液pH、红景天黄酮与金属的配比、温度等因素对于红景天黄酮与金属Mn^2+配位反应的光谱影响。结果红景天黄酮与Mn^2+的配合物溶液的光谱红移,表明两者发生了配位反应。红景天黄酮与Mn^2+配位后其特征吸收峰的吸光度大大减弱,pH的影响最显著。结论用紫外分光光度法研究黄酮化合物与金属离子的配位反应简便易行,可作为评价黄酮化合物与不同金属在不同条件下发生配位反应的动力学研究的方法。 Objective To investigate the influence factors and spectral changes of Rhodiola flavonoids and Mn^2+coordination reaction,and provide kinetic reference for the study of coordination chemistry of flavonoids.Methods UV Vis spectrophotometry was used to study the effects of pH,the ratio of Rhodiola flavonoids and metal,temperature and other factors on the coordination reaction between Rhodiola flavonoids and metal Mn^2+.Results The red shift of the complex solution of Rhodiola flavone and Mn^2+indicates that there is a coordination reaction between them.After the coordination of Rhodiola flavonoids with Mn^2+,the absorbance of the characteristic absorption peak was greatly weakened,and the effect of pH was the most significant.Conclusion It is simple and easy to study the coordination reaction between flavonoids and metal ions by UV spectrophotometry,which can be used to evaluate the kinetics of coordination reaction between flavonoids and different metals under different conditions.
