摘要
在立式容器支承结构中,常选用支承式支座,其设计一般符合行业标准《容器支座第4部分:支承式支座》(JB/T 4712.4—2007)的要求。以仪表空气储罐为例,分析了非标A型支承式支座的结构设计并计算了强度,结果表明:每个支座承受的实际载荷Q小于每个支座本体允许载荷[Q],满足Q<[Q]的要求,说明仪表空气储罐A型支承式支座的设计是合格的,为立式容器中广泛采用的A型支承式支座提供了设计和计算依据,也为今后设计非标A型支承式支座提供了参考。
In the bracket structure of vertical vessels,bracket supports are often used,and their design generally meets the requirements of the industry standard"Vessel supports-Part 4:Bracket support"(JB/T 4712.4—2007).Taking the instrument air storage tank as an example,the structural design of the non-standard A-type bracket support is analyzed and the strength is calculated.The results show that the actual load Q of each support is less than the allowable load[Q]of each support body,and meets the requirement of Q<[Q],indicating that the design of the A-type bracket support of the instrument air storage tank is qualified.The method provides the design and calculation basis for the A-type bracket support widely used in vertical vessels,and also provides a reference for the future design of non-standard A-type bracket support.
