摘要
在以天然气为原料的大型合成氨装置中,燃气轮机的乏气一般引入一段炉进行回收利用,燃气轮机出现故障后,将影响一段炉的稳定运行。采用燃气轮机-辅助锅炉联合系统,将燃气轮机的乏气送至锅炉回收余热,燃气综合效率能达到85%,并在提高操作独立性及稳定性、缩短开车时间、降低能耗和减少污染物排放等方面都体现出了明显的优势。为有效降低排放烟气中NO x的浓度,有待进一步改造烟气脱硝路线和技术。
In large-scale synthetic ammonia plants with natural gas as raw material,the exhaust gas of the gas turbine is generally introduced into the primary reformer for recycling.The failure of the gas turbine will affect the stable operation of the primary reformer.The gas turbine-auxiliary boiler combined system is adopted to send the exhaust gas of the gas turbine to the boiler to recover the waste heat,and the overall gas efficiency can reach 85%.Advantages are exhibited in some respects also,such as improving operational independence and stability,shortening driving time,reducing energy consumption and reducing pollutant emissions,etc.In order to effectively reduce the concentration of NO x in the exhausted flue gas,it is necessary to further reform the flue gas denitration route and technology.
