大容量储能移动并网测试装置设计及试验 被引量:7

摘要 目前,国内对储能系统并网测试的需求较大,现有测试仅能使用风电或光伏并网检测装置,而风电或光伏并网检测装置参照的标准不同,不具备电能质量适应性测试功能。为此基于GB/T 36458—2018《电化学储能系统接入电网测试规范》提出的测试装置要求,设计了适用于大容量储能系统并网检测的移动测试装置。在介绍测试装置的总体设计方案基础上,阐述了测试装置核心部件四象限变流器的关键技术,包括多模块级联结构、功率单元的整流控制策略、输出电压控制策略及电网相位的检测方法。通过现场试验,验证了该测试装置的电压谐波、电流谐波、频率调节能力、电压调节能力、模拟电网故障能力等指标可满足GB/T 36458—2018的相应要求;同时,测试装置具备电网适应性测试功能、高电压穿越测试功能及低电压穿越测试功能,测试容量可达4500 kW。 The requirements for test on the energy storage system grid-connection are great in domestic at present,but current tests only use the wind power or photovoltaic grid-connected detection devices which refer different standards and are not provided with the test function for power quality adaptability.According to the test device requirements of GB/T 36458—2018 Electrochemical Energy Storage System Connected to the Grid Test Specification,this paper designs a mobile test device suitable for grid-connected detection of large-capacity energy storage system.Based on the introduction of the overall design of the test device,the paper elaborates the key technologies of the four-quadrant converter that is the core component of the test device,including the multi-module cascade structure,the rectification control strategy of the power unit,the output voltage control strategy and the detection method of the power grid phase.The field tests verify that the voltage harmonics,current harmonics,frequency adjustment capability,voltage adjustment capability,and simulated power grid fault capability of the test device can meet the corresponding requirements of GB/T 36458—2018.Meanwhile,the test device is equipped with the functions of power grid adaptability test,high voltage and low voltage ride-through tests,and the test capacity can reach 4500 kW.
