摘要
为提升继电保护静态模拟测试效率,解决静态模拟测试时测试用例生成方法复杂、无法批量操作多装置、测试仪接口能力不足以及对不同测试仪的统一控制等问题,在分析传统测试系统的原理和缺点的基础上,阐述了继电保护并行测试的概念,分析了并行测试系统应具备的特点。从模板化测试用例生成方法、批量操作多装置技术、并行测试系统接口能力提升和测试仪接口设计等几个方面出发,提出了一种继电保护静态模拟并行测试系统的构建方法。以110 kV线路保护装置为实例进行并行测试,并对采样值测试和保护功能测试的结果进行分析。测试结果表明:所构建的并行测试系统能够实现同类型的多个常规继电保护装置和多个智能继电保护装置的并行测试,在测试能力方面满足DL/T 478—2013《继电保护和安全自动装置通用技术条件》的要求。
In order to improve the efficiency of static simulation test of relay protection and solve the problems of complex test case generation methods,inability to operate multiple devices in batches,insufficient tester interface capabilities,and unified control of different testers,this paper explains the concept of parallel test for relay protection based on the analysis of the principles and shortcomings of traditional test systems.It also analyzes the characteristics of parallel test systems.From the aspects of templated test case generation method,batch operation of multi-device technology,parallel test system interface capability improvement and tester interface design,the paper proposes an implementation method of parallel test system.Taking the 110 kV line protection device as an example to carry out an actual parallel test,it analyzes the results of the sample value test and protection function test.The test results show that the parallel test system can realize parallel test of multiple conventional relay protection devices and multiple intelligent relay protection devices of the same type,and meets the requirements of DL/T 478—2013 General Specification for Relaying Protection and Security Automatic Equipment.
