基于拓展训练的应用型院校体育教学优化路径

为符合当前就业市场对应用型人才的高素质要求,对基于拓展训练的应用型院校体育教学优化路径进行探究。主要从基于拓展训练的应用型体育教学内容优化、创新体育教学方法及组织形式、增加体育教师对学生行为要求以及加强体育教学在职教师培训四个方面引入拓展训练优化体育教学,为后续应用型院校体育教学工作提供全新的教学发展思路。

In order to meet the high quality requirements of the current employment market for application-oriented talents,the optimization path of physical education teaching in application-oriented colleges based on extension training is explored.Mainly from based on training applied sports teaching content optimization and innovation of teaching methods and organizational forms,increase the physical education teachers to the students behavior and strengthen the in-service teacher training of physical education and training to optimize sports teaching,introduced four aspects,for subsequent applied colleges and universities sports teaching provides new development ideas of teaching.
