新工科视域下土木工程专业应用型人才培养的改革与实践——以闽南理工学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 随着“创新驱动发展”“新工科”等国家战略的实施和产业的转型升级,一批以新技术、新业态、新模式为特点的新兴产业迅速发展,也促使建筑工程领域向新型工业化、信息化、绿色化转变,对土木工程专业人才的知识、能力、素质结构提出了更高、更新的要求。闽南理工学院从2015年起土木工程专业根据建筑业转型升级的重大需求,依托省级教改项目《绿色节能建筑专业群建设与实践》《BIM可视化技术在土木工程专业教学改革的应用》,经过5年的教学改革实践,通过“课证融合、学做融合”相结合等改革措施,毕业生签约率从2015届的80.3%上升到2019届的93.7%,学生参与双创的比率达81.2%,取得了明显的改革效果。此成果获得福建省教学成果二等奖,在土木工程专业面向“新工科”改造方面,具有引领推广价值。 With the implementation of the strategy of "innovation driven development" and "new engineering" and industrial transformation and upgrading, a number of emerging industries with the characteristics of new technologies, new formats and new models are developing rapidly. These also promotes the transformation of engineering construction field to new industrialization, informatization and greening, and put forward higher and newer requirements for the knowledge, ability and quality structure of geotechnical engineering professionals. Since 2015, Minnan University of Science and Technology carried out the major needs of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, relying on the provincial teaching reform projects "construction and practice of green energy-saving building specialty group" and "application of BIM visualization technology in civil engineering teaching reform". After five years’ teaching reform practice, through the reform measures of "course certificate integration, learning and doing integration", graduates sign about 80.3% of the 2015 class increased to 93.7% of the 2019 class,and the ratio of students participating in entrepreneurship and innovation reached 81.2%, which achieved obvious reform effect.This achievement has won the second prize of Fujian province teaching achievement, and has the value of leading and popularizing for the "new engineering" transformation of civil engineering specialty.
