摘要 教学与科研是高职院校两大重要职能,在分析高职院校科研反哺教学的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,阐述当前高职院校科研与教学分离的具体表现及原因,指出要实现科研与教学的良性互动,需要改革当前高职院校的评估标准,调整教师的聘任及考评体系,借助科研平台优化实践教学,发挥科技社团、毕业设计(论文)载体作用,彰显教师科学研究的教育意义,将科研融入到日常教学过程中。 Teaching and scientific research are two important functions vocational colleges perform.Based on the analysis of the necessity and urgency of scientific research nurturing teaching in vocational colleges,this paper expounds the performance and causes of the separation of scientific research from teaching in vocational colleges and points out that the sound interaction between them entails the reform of the current evaluating system,and teachers’employment and assessment system,that practical teaching should be optimized via scientific research platforms,that science and technology societies and dissertation design should perform their due roles,and that the educational significance of teacher’s scientific research should be highlighted so as to integrate it into their daily teaching routines.
