2019年12月,湖北省武汉市报道了一系列不明原因肺炎感染病例,随后其他地区和国家也陆续发现类似患者,其最常见症状为发热和咳嗽,还可有乏力、腹泻等不典型症状。此次疫情病原体为2019新型冠状病毒,人群普遍易感,感染患者可发生全身多系统损伤,其中有慢性疾病史的中老年人所受影响更大,该疫情已成为全球各国共同面临的公共卫生安全挑战。本文就新型冠状病毒的特点以及感染患者的临床症状、实验室和影像学检查结果、病理特点及临床特点作一简述,为后续疫情防控提供参考。

In December 2019,a series of unexplained pneumonia cases were reported in Wuhan,Hubei Province.Similar patients were subsequently found in other regions and countries.The most common symptoms are fever and cough,with atypical symptoms such as fatigue and diarrhea.The pathogen of this epidemic is a new type of coronavirus,and people are generally susceptible.Infected patients can have multi-system damage,which has a greater impact on elderly people with some chronic diseases.The viral infection has now become a global health and safety challenge.The characteristics of the virus and the clinical symptoms,medical examination results,pathological and clinical features of infected patients are briefly described in this article,hoping to provide a reference for subsequent epidemic prevention and control.
