摘要
对GB 36246-2018《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》标准中无机填料和高聚物的测试方法进行了简介。从测试对象、试样均匀性、干扰因素、测试结果与实际投料的差异、称样量等方面分析了无机填料含量的测试方法要点。从测试对象、测试结果与实际投料的差异、所引用方法标准的适用范围、总有机物含量测试的称样量、GB/T 3516-2006标准中未明确事项的解决方案、溶剂抽提物抽提方法的选择、不均匀颗粒的取样等方面分析了高聚物总量的测试方法要点。
Test methods of inorganic fillers and polymers in GB 36246-2018“Sports areas with synthetic surfaces for primary and middle schools”are introduced briefly.The test method for inorganic filler is analyzed from test objects,sample uniformity,interference factors,difference between test results and actual feeding and sample weight.The test method for polymers is analyzed from test objects,difference between test results and actual feeding,scope of reference methods,sample weight,main points not specified in GB/T 3516-2006,solvent extraction method and sampling of uneven particles.
