摘要
以京津冀地区某550t/d浮法工艺平板玻璃熔窑为案例,对其脱硫、脱硝、除尘一体化技术工艺流程和技术特点进行研究。综合考虑玻璃窑炉的烟气特性,基于现行单项技术的优化组合,总结出一种平板玻璃行业烟气治理技术路线,并对其大气污染物减排效果进行分析,为平板玻璃行业提供一种减排技术集成方案,可有力推动平板玻璃行业大气污染治理工作的开展。
Taking a 550t/d float plate glass kiln in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,the process flow and technical characteristics of desulfurization–denitration-dust removal integrated technology are studied.Considering the flue gas characteristics of glass kiln,based on the optimized combination of current single technology,a technical route of flue gas treatment in flat glass industry is summarized,and its emission reduction effect of air pollutants is analyzed,which can provide an integrated solution of emission reduction technology for flat glass industry and effectively promote its development of air pollution control.
