摘要 在系统研究河湖淤泥的化学组成及物理特性基础上,分析了河湖淤泥制备烧结砖的可行性,综述了河湖淤泥制备烧结砖国内外研究进展,重点分析了原料组成及焙烧制度对河湖淤泥制备烧结砖的影响。研究发现,淤泥烧结砖的最佳烧结温度范围一般在850℃-1050℃,淤泥掺加量会对原料的塑性指数、干燥敏感系数、烧结砖的外观和性能等产生影响。本文提出了应加强淤泥制备烧结砖的环境安全性研究,以期为河湖淤泥的资源化研究工作提供参考。 Based on the systematic study of the chemical composition and physical characteristics of river and lake sludge,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the preparation of silt sintered bricks,reviews the domestic and international research progress of the preparation of sintered bricks from river and lake sludge,and focuses on the analysis of raw material composition and roasting system.This study shows that the optimal sintering temperature range of sludge sintered bricks is generally around 850℃-1050℃.The amount of sludge added has an impact on the plasticity index,drying sensitivity coefficient,appearance and performance of the sintered bricks.This paper also proposes that the environmental safety research of sintered bricks prepared by sludge should be strengthened,in order to provide a reference for the resource utilization of river and lake sludge.
