UV固化无机轻质饰面板的装配式应用技术研究

Study on assembly application technology of UV curing inorganic lightweight decoration panel

UV固化无机轻质饰面板相比于传统建材,在环保性、装饰性、施工便捷性和成本等方面有不可比拟的综合优势。本文针对UV固化无机轻质饰面板的装配式应用进行了多方面研究,开发了直接粘贴工法和间接粘贴工法两种装配式施工工艺。通过研发专用的粘接剂和树脂龙骨连接体系及其节点技术,可以高效解决基体墙体的平整度对装配式施工的影响,实现装配式装修对于装配式内墙的干法施工、管线空间、后期维修更换的诸多要求,为UV固化无机轻质饰面板在新建住宅、医院学校等公共建筑、既有建筑改造等领域的应用提供技术支撑。

Compared with traditional building materials,UV curing inorganic lightweight decoration panel has incomparable comprehensive advantages in environmental protection,decoration,construction convenience and cost.In this paper,the assembly application of UV curing inorganic lightweight panel is studied in many aspects,and two assembly construction techniques,direct bonding method and indirect pasting method,are developed.Through the research and development of the special adhesive and resin keel connection system and its joint technology,the influence of the flatness of the matrix wall on the assembly construction can be solved efficiently,and many requirements for the dry construction,pipeline space and later maintenance and replacement of the assembly interior wall can be realized.The purpose of this paper is to provide technical support for the application of UV curing inorganic lightweight panels in new houses,hospitals,schools and other public buildings,existing buildings and other fields.
