摘要
兰州地区冬季较长,且气温偏低,为了保证混凝土在兰州地区冬季施工质量及进度,研究一种新型QJF-JS聚羧酸复合防冻型减水剂,并分析主要组分对其性能的影响。研究此外加剂在负温条件下对混凝土性能的影响,并应用在工程实例。结果表明,QJF-JS聚羧酸复合防冻型减水剂具有高减水率、含气量可控、可阻止钢筋锈蚀、防冻效果明显等特点,适用于兰州地区冬季混凝土施工工程。
The winter in Lanzhou area is longer and the temperature is lower.In order to ensure the construction quality and progress of concrete engineering in Lanzhou in winter,a new QJF-JS polycarboxylate composite antifreeze superplasticizer is developed,and the influence of its main components on its performance is analyzed.The effect of admixture on the performance of concrete under negative temperature is studied.And It is applied to engineering practice.The analysis results show that QJF-JS polycarboxylate composite antifreeze superplasticizer has the characteristics of high water reducing rate,controllable air content,preventing steel bar corrosion and obvious anti-freezing effect,so it is suitable for winter concrete construction projects in Lanzhou area.
