水泥掺量对NAS砂浆强度和抗碳化性能的影响

摘要 研究了水泥掺量对NaOH激发矿渣砂浆(NAS砂浆)强度和抗碳化性能的影响。从提高强度和降低成本考虑,在NAS砂浆中掺入水泥时应采取同时取代矿渣和NaOH的方式,掺量为5%。加速碳化试验和自然碳化试验结果表明,NAS砂浆抗碳化性能远低于强度与之相等的水泥砂浆,在NAS砂浆中掺入水泥能显著提高砂浆的抗碳化性能,水泥的适宜掺量为5%~10%,最佳掺量为10%。从提高强度和抗碳化性能、降低砂浆成本考虑,NAS砂浆中水泥的适宜掺量为5%~10%,且应采取同时取代矿渣和NaOH的方式。 The effect of cement content on the strength and carbonation resistance of NaOH activated slag mortar(NAS mortar)is studied.In order to improve the strength and reduce the cost,the way of replacing slag and NaOH at the same time should be adopted when adding cement into NAS mortar with the dosage of 5%.The results of accelerated carbonation test and natural carbonation test show that the carbonation resistance of NAS mortar is much lower than that of cement mortar with the same strength.The carbonation resistance of NAS mortar can be significantly improved by adding cement into NAS mortar.The suitable cement content is 5%~10%,and the optimum content is 10%.In order to improve the strength and carbonation resistance,and reduce the cost of mortar,the appropriate content of cement in NAS mortar is 5%~10%,and the way of replacing slag and NaOH at the same time should be adopted.
