摘要
试验选取了聚羧酸系、萘系、脂肪族三种常用减水剂和一种新型混凝土增效剂,测试了水泥非常早期水化热和水泥悬浮液电导率,探究了水泥非常早期水化特性以及水泥与外加剂的相互作用机理。结果表明,混凝土增效剂的掺入加快了水泥水化时的离子溶出,增大了水泥悬浮液电导率;三种减水剂则由于其自身电离的离子与水泥水化溶出的离子发生络合反应,降低了水泥悬浮液的电导率。
Three types of commonly used water reducers,including polycarboxylate,naphthalene,aliphatic,and a new concrete synergist are selected to test the very early hydration heat of cement and the conductivity of cement suspension,and to explore the very early hydration characteristics of cement and the interaction mechanism between cement and additives.The results show that the addition of concrete synergist accelerates the ion dissolution during cement hydration and increases the conductivity of cement suspension.And the three common water reducing agents reduce the conductivity of cement suspension,due to the complexation reaction between their ionized ions and the ions dissolved from cement hydration.
