摘要
科技企业财务与业务的有效融合,让财务在企业价值链中的位置从末端转向业务前端,与业务体系的关系更加紧密。近年来,中国建材总院通过强化科技企业特色的“业财融合”,突出精益管理,结合企业特点有效运用各类管理会计工具,促进了科技企业的创新发展。
The effective integration of finance and business in technology enterprises makes the position of finance in the enterprise value chain shift from the end of management to the front of business,and the relationship between finance and business system is closer.In recent years,China Building Materials Academy(CBMA)has promoted the innovation and development of technology enterprises through strengthening the“business and finance integration”with the characteristics of technology enterprises,highlighting lean management,and effectively using various management accounting tools in combination with the characteristics of enterprises.
