摘要
针对溶洞以及岩层破碎断层带发育严重地区地质条件复杂,在桥梁设计阶段有时难以确定桥址区地质情况,以南三龙铁路台溪板大桥南平台4#桩基成孔90.3m地质钻探补勘为例,在成孔桩基中采取直接下φ190mm壁厚4mm套管至桩底,采用常规钻探设备GXY-1型岩心取芯机克服其90m长钻杆自身稳定性带来的不利影响成功钻探10m,对复杂地质条件下桥梁基础设计、施工积累了经验。
In view of the complex geological conditions in karst caves and rock fracture fault zones,it is sometimes difficult to determine the geological conditions of the bridge site in design stage.Taking the completion of 90.3m geological drilling for the 4#pile foundation of the south platform of Taixiban bridge on Nansanlong railway as an example,aφ190mm casing with wall thickness of 4mm is directly lowered to the pile bottom in the bored pile foundation,the conventional drilling equipment GXY-1 coring machine is used to overcome the negative influence of the 90m long drill pipe’s own stability,and the successful drilling of 10m has accumulated experience for bridge foundation design and construction under complex geological conditions.
